Liability
1.19 The company shall be under no liability for defects in products caused by accident, misuse, neglect or wear and tear.
1.20 The seller shall not accept any liability for any accidental, consequential, special or indirect losses or damages or loss of profit, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings arising under or in connection with the provisions of services or the supply of products.
Ownership of goods
1.21 Ownership of any goods delivered by the seller to the buyer will not pass to the buyer until all moneys payable by the buyer to the seller on any account whatsoever are paid to the seller. In the event of any part of the account balance being overdue then all monies outstanding shall forthwith become automatically immediately due.
1.22 The buyer may resell the goods delivered by the seller to the buyer either in their original form or as part of other goods but until ownership of such goods has passed to the buyer in accordance with clause 1.27 hereof the buyer shall as between the buyer and the seller be the agent of the seller for the purpose of such resale and shall account to the seller for the proceeds of the sale thereof.
1.23 If required by the seller, the buyer will assign to the seller any claim he may have against purchasers to whom goods may be resold in accordance with clause 1.28 hereof.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Formation of contract
1.27 Any quotation given by the Seller shall not constitute an offer for sale or a representation that those goods are available for sale. Any quotation shall only be valid for a period of 30 days from its date of issue. The Seller takes all reasonable care to ensure that all information including the prices of goods are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the online ordering system, however it is always possible that some of the goods may be incorrectly priced. If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised as a mispricing, the Seller does not have to provide the goods to the Buyer at the price quoted on the website and on the customer’s order. In all cases where purchase orders are placed, current offers on the seller’s online store apply only to the seller’s current stock, and are offered subject to prior sale, in which case the online price may be subject to renegotiation, at time of order.
1.28 When the Seller is selling online, the seller’s automated system will automatically issue an acknowledgement to the buyer that an order has been received, and the seller will process it without delay, subject to clauses 1.24 through to 1.27 above.
Law and jurisdiction
1.29 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
