Returns and Refunds

Please read in full the procedure below before returning.

Bespoke products specially obtained or manufactured to customer specification by Martins Mill Packaging Ltd cannot be returned.

You can return standard stocking items, but only with a pre-arranged returns authorisation number. 

Any refund will exclude any carriage invoiced on the original purchase.
Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.


You must return the item within 14 days from delivery. You will have to pay return shipping.

Please email sales@martinsmillpackaging.co.uk to request a refund. If we approve a refund, we will assign you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

The returned goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received into our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product during their return. We can only issue a refund if the goods are received by us safely in the same condition as when dispatched by us.

Return Exceptions


Items cannot be returned if their original packaging is opened unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Exchanges

If your item(s) is in like new condition, you may exchange your item(s) for a different size. You will have to pay return shipping and any difference in price.
