Layflat tubing

We offer layflat tubing in medium duty, 250 gauge (62.5-micron) wall thickness. Diameters available are in 2” through to 36” diameters, in a  continuous flat roll, 327 metres long. This 250 gauge option is best suited to lighter weight use, for example clothing, linens, posters and stationery. Simply cut to your desired length and seal both ends for secure containment, with either cable ties, wire ties, heat sealer, staples or tape. It is also  used in packing departments to produce custom sized plastic bags. Protects your products from dirt, dust and moisture and offers strong tear resistance, and is ideal for multi-purpose packaging applications. We offer layflat tubing in heavy duty, 500 gauge (125-micron) wall thickness. Diameters available are in 2” through to 36” diameters, in a  continuous flat roll, 163 metres long. This 500 gauge option  is recommended when a higher puncture resistance is required. Simply cut to your desired length and seal both ends for secure containment, with either cable ties, wire ties, heat sealer, staples or tape. It is also  used in packing departments to produce custom sized plastic bags. Protects your products from dirt, dust and moisture and offers strong tear resistance, and is ideal for multi-purpose packaging applications.
