Orders and Dispatch
Prices
All prices exclude VAT and cost of carriage. The cost of carriage is calculated automatically as you add and deduct items from your basket.
Special Order products
Products specially obtained or manufactured to customer specification by Martins Mill Packaging Ltd cannot be returned.
Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple pay, and American Express as a means of payment with order.
We can accept orders without payment, if you select one of the following methods at checkout-
Trading account – If you have an existing, agreed, open credit trading arrangement with Martins Mill Packaging Ltd, you can select this method at checkout, without payment.
Telephone – If, for whatever reason, you wish to place an order without payment, and then for us to contact you by phone, to arrange payment by another means, please use this method at checkout.
Dispatch
For orders placed before 2pm, we will aim to dispatch the same day or at latest, the following day. We will aim to ship all orders placed after 2pm on the following working day from placement of order. Working days are Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on bank holidays.
Your goods will be dispatched either by our delivery vehicles, one of our approved outside carriers or Royal Mail dependent on order content and your delivery address. The choice of carrier will be at our sole discretion. Delivery to your premises will normally be in 1-2 days from dispatch.
Bulky items
Please note that bulky items such as large cardboard boxes will incur in some instances a carriage surcharge or we may ask you to contact us for delivery charges, but where the latter is applicable, the product description will advise you of this.
Collection from our warehouse
If you prefer, you may collect your order from our warehouse, however, please place your order outside the online ordering system to avoid carriage charges being added.
Shortages or damaged goods
If your goods have unfortunately been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt in writing or by e-mail, attaching a photo of the damage. We will then advise you immediately of the next step to take. Please keep all packaging materials available for inspection.
In the unlikely event there are any shortages, please notify us within 7 days from delivery.
Cardboard boxes - double wall -up to 305 x 305 x 305mm
We stock a range of sizes of small to medium high-quality double wall corrugated cardboard boxes using premium materials, starting at 180mm x 180mm x 100mm through to 305mm x 305 mm x 305mm.
These are available for immediate purchase from this website and will include the relevant carriage charge. You can save money by buying direct from a manufacturer, with very competitive prices even for moderate order quantities. Our own in-house box making plant gives us total control on quality and turnaround time, so if you need other sizes or larger quantities, simply call us on 01422 363935.
Our Corrugated Cardboard Boxes are a cost-effective option whether need Storage Boxes, Packaging Boxes or Transport Boxes or Shipping Boxes.
Our Quality Boxes are lightweight, which can help reduce shipping costs and make handling easier.
Our Flat Pack Box range includes both single wall and Flat Pack Double Walled boxes.
If you need Strong Cardboard Boxes, our Double Wall Box is ideal.
